Absolutely! It’s never a good idea to rent a PO box without viewing it first. We will always show you the exact mailbox you are renting or your first month is FREE.
How long is the mailbox rental process?
We know you’re busy, so we will do everything in our power to make your mailbox rental process as efficient as possible. On average, the rental process takes 10-15 minutes; however, this will vary from client to client.
Do I have to pay access fees to access my mailbox?
No, during access hours, you can access your PO box as often as you’d like without additional fees or charges. To ensure you can access your belongings whenever you need, we are open 365 days a year from 6am to 10pm.
Can I reserve a mailbox before coming in?
Absolutely! If you know the mailbox size you want, you can reserve it online for FREE or up to 7 days. Once reserved, to honor reservations, we need to ensure you are human. Please respond by phone or email within 48 hours. Only confirmed reservations can be guaranteed. No payment required until you move in. Pay for it when you come in on your move in date. What do I need to rent a PO box?
For any PO box rental, a valid form of Government picture ID is required along with a secondary form of identification, such as a bill within the last 90 days. A current credit card or debit card is required for payment – sorry no cash accepted at this location.
How do I get the current deals or promos on mailboxes?
Any deals and promos for post office box rentals are currently featured on the site are for new tenants only. To get your deal, go the reservation page and reserve your PO box online. Any deals on the reserved mailbox will be applied once your rental starts. Alternatively you can come in to the rental office and speak to one of our Mailbox Experts.

Super nice people working here but there is no parking and stuff everywhere making it really hard to access your unit. One of the loading docks is filled with flats of stuff so there is only one open. Two of the vacumm spots for the carwash are filled to the brim with items so that's 3 spots gone that could be used by customers. It's been this way for weeks.

These guys deserve their high rating. The storage units are clean, temperature controlled, and the phone app to get into storage place and your unit is very cool and easy to use. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The car wash attached to the place is also awesome - I was gifted a year subscription by Peter which I deeply appreciate. Truly is a spa for your car. No reason to go anywhere else. These guys take the cake.

Peter and Parker do a great job at detailing and explaining the process of the storage units. Before paying or filing paperwork, I was shown the unit to see if it’s the right size, had options for basement, group or upper levels. Explained the differences in prices, and was shown that the elevator is freight size so it fits large items and the building is easy to navigate around. Peter answered all of our questions and I felt comfortable enough to rent a storage unit. Paperwork and the app is extremely easy to use! Highly recommend!
